Scope of responsibilities:
- Coordination of activities related to the direct conduct of the project
- Managing a subordinate team of employees (determining tasks/division of obligations)
- Daily cooperation with the client and solving current problems
- Responsibility for keeping the work schedule
- Conducting layered audits on a regular basis
- Support in the evaluation of employees and training of the subordinate team
- Implementation and supervision in the 5S area
- Process actions in the event of a complaint
- Maintaining and supervising documentation
- Support in the field of cost estimation and approval

- Experience in the field of the team management
- Experience in automotive industry
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Good level of English knowledge
- Driving license, “B” category
