Scope of responsibilities:
- Development of quality documentation for products, instructions for quality requirements for operators and quality controllers
- Preparation of complaint analysis reports, creating a team to identify the causes of a non-conforming product and implementation of corrective actions (8D report)
- Creation and update of the process management plan and Control Plans
- Supervision over product quality at the stage of implementation and mass production as well as quality supervision and improvement of current production processes
- Performance of internal audits of processes and products
- Assessment of measurement reports for the product and process and recommending changes to achieve full compliance with the requirements.
Our requirements:
- High technical education
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the quality department
- Practical knowledge of quality tools, including SPC, MSA
- Ability to use control and measurement instruments (appreciated)
- Good level of English knowledge, knowledge of German language appreciated
- Knowledge of MS Office suite,
- VDA 6.3 – Certificate, appreciated
- High interpersonal skills and personal culture,
- Responsibility, punctuality.
